Golden Gate Bridge Views

Views of the Golden Gate Bridge never get old. And there are SO many spots in San Francisco to see the bridge! Great for your SF engagement / portrait session, or just to visit and enjoy.. Here are my favorite five!

  1. Crissy Field: Although it tends to be busy on a nice day, Crissy Field has a lot to choose from. Obviously a beautiful view of the bridge! But also beaches, walking paths, grassy areas and more. About a 10 minute walk up the hill, there is a great view point at …

  2. Fort Baker: And the welcome center. At the top of the hill you’ll run into the Welcome Center first. If you keep going, you’ll make it to Fort Baker! Gorgeous sunset views of the ocean and access to two beaches!

  3. Marshall Beach: Past Fort Baker, this spot is a little bit of a hike but it’s WELL worth it!! I highly suggest this location because it’s less crowded than Baker Beach and the beach is just so cool! Lots of rocks and unlike Baker Beach, you’re a little closer to the bridge.

  4. Baker Beach: Gorgeous at sunrise or sunset! Though on a nice day, this spot tends to be pretty crowded. And I should note: this is a nude beach, so keep that in mind lol. With that said, I’ve shot here a TON with couples and we’ve always had a great time and get gorgeous photos!

  5. Battery Spencer: Across the bridge in Marin, there is a spot called Battery Spencer that has gorgeous views of the bridge, San Francisco skyline and it’s perfect at sunrise or sunset!
