    Our job is to create beautiful images of you! You are not responsible for knowing what to do in front of the camera. We will help guide you through your session/wedding day. No stress, we will not leave you hanging!

  • Our team is dedicated to capturing the moment so that you can be in the moment. We hope to capture candid images that tell the story of your love and wedding day. We can also take a hands on approach to help pose you + your partner, gather family for group shots and make sure you day runs on time. We’re kind of a mix between being hands on and being a fly on the wall.

    Our editing style is colorful and bold. We edit true to life with a punchy twist!

  • Collectively, we have over 30 years of experience in wedding photography! From timeline creation, to posing you and your partner, to editing and delivering the best quality images — our team has your covered. Most importantly our experience allows us to show up and be a calming presence at your session or wedding. From start to finish, we provide excellent photography in a stress free and relaxed way — You are in great hands when working with HLP!

  • Will you have a lot of guests? A big wedding party? The larger the wedding, the more we recommend a second shooter. But it’s not always necessary!

  • In both Baltimore and SF, we have a large network of photographers we can reach out to in order to find a replacement. We will notify you as soon as possible and keep you in the loop as we work to find another photographer. We are on your side here and want to find someone who is a great fit without causing you too much stress.

  • Engagement / portrait sesion 3-4 weeks

    Weddings 6-8 weeks

  • You’ll receive between 65-85 images per hour of coverage depending on the session/event.

    Photos are high resolution JPEGS. We do not share RAW files.

    Photos are delivered via an online gallery. You are able to download, print and share however you like. There are no watermarks. Link can be shared with family + friends for download. We highly recommend downloaded the full gallery + saving to the cloud but there is no rush as we have never deleted a gallery since the start of our company 10 years ago!

  • Our pricing doesn’t change based on your answer. Each member in our team offers a unique photography package with different rates. We want to be sure you’re connecting with the right fit for you!

  • Yes! Let us know if your venue needs proof of insurance with their company included. We are happy to get this for you!

  • Yes! We have backup equipment. We also shoot on two different SD cards at all times. This means that your photos are being saved twice with each shot that’s taken.

    After the session, we save the images on multiple hard drives, as well as the cloud to ensue your photos are safe at all times!

  • Our team has packages that range from $3-4K, $4-5K and $5-6K

  • We do not offer film photography or videography at this time. We are happy to share our favorite vendors with you to find a great videographer!

  • Absolutely! You can find our work under the “portfolio” tab or specific team members work under the “team” tab.

    There are also full gallery links by our team at the bottom of the contact page.

    We are happy to send more galleries to you upon request

  • It depends! If you’re getting married in the Bay Area or Baltimore, then no. If your wedding is outside of those limits, the current gas mileage fee may be applied to your package.

  • Not a problem at all. Just let us know and we will make a note of it. We are more than happy to keep your photos private.

  • East coast weddings: 6%*

    CA weddings: No sales tax on photography packages that do not include a physical product (ex: 10X10 album). Any physical product will be taxed at 7.25%*

    *Subject to change based on state tax rates.

  • Response times might be slower on the weekend or if Hannah has a travel notice on the contact page. Rule of thumb, if we don’t respond within 48 hours, please send an email to hannahleighbyrne@gmail.com!
