Delicious Paleo Dessert: Strawberry Crumble + Banana Ice Cream / by Hannah Byrne

Every week I look up new recipes to try for dinner.  Most of them require a crockpot! But when I found this I just had to try it.. & I wanted to share the magic!

Strawberry Crumble with Banana Ice Cream Dessert

Ice Cream: Blend frozen bananas until creamy & smooth

Strawberries: 4 cups strawberries, 2 tbsp tapioca starch, 2 tsp vanilla, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

Crumble: 1 cup almond flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 3 tbsp coconut oil, 3 tbsp pure maple syrup

Place strawberries in 8x8 pan, pour crumble over and bake @ 350' for 30 minutes
